No PowerPoint, no theory block. In the Introduction to Krav Maga your group is moving from minute one. In about 70 to 75 minutes participants learn a few simple, immediately usable skills that help them move more safely and confidently — at work, in the street and beyond.

Krav Maga was developed to work under stress. No complicated techniques that take years of training, but natural reactions you can still perform under pressure. That is why it works so well as a workshop: even people who have never set foot in a martial arts school leave with something they can use.

What is included

  • 70–75 minutes, fully practice-based
  • We bring the equipment
  • Instructor(s) matched to group size
  • At your location, or we arrange a hall

How the workshop is built

Within Krav Maga we work in three phases. The workshop follows that line.

  1. Pre-fight

    Prevent and recognise

Before anything physical happens, a lot can already be won. Participants learn to work with distance and risk range (concentric spheres), pay attention to posture and presence, and practise three stances that fit real situations.

    • Passive stance — neutral and non-threatening
    • Semi-passive stance — alert and ready
    • Fighting stance — immediately defensive, when needed

That also includes the part that is often underestimated: using your voice and clearly setting a boundary.

  2. Fight

    Simple, effective defence

Then we get physical with a few basic defences that are quick to learn and widely applicable.

    • Choke from front — defence against a choke from the front
    • 360° defence — against an outside attack
    • Breaking grips — on arms and hands
  3. Post-fight

    Finish safely

A situation does not stop at the defence. Participants practise how to create distance, keep control and get away safely.

    • Create distance — make space after the defence
    • Keep control — stay aware while you leave
    • Get away — close the situation safely

Who is it for?

For everyone. The workshop is accessible to all ages and levels and no experience with martial arts or self-defence is needed. We adapt pace and intensity to the group in front of us.

The workshop is booked among others for:

Team days and team building

Doing something together that sits outside the comfort zone is connecting.

Workplace resilience

For staff with public contact, at the desk or on location.

Safety and awareness

As the physical counterpart of a cybersecurity session, for example.

Group activities

Stag parties, women's days and other group programmes.

Was een verrassend intensieve training. Maar ik vond het leuk. Trainer was erg enthousiast en gaf duidelijke uitleg.
